Subject: need help or refund

I have tried many times to reach. no reponce. I did not get what I paid for. wanted this product for my kids. Cant afford another try. Just got lost and could not get back in or a hold of. Its been awhile but all of my emails have not been answered or maybe not recieved. Just want what I paid for. Help please. MM
